Dr. Vicky Bakhos Webb, MD, MBA, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to patients of all ages. She practices the full spectrum of family medicine, including pediatrics, women’s health, adult medicine and geriatrics. Dr. Webb and the entire VIE team are committed to building meaningful relationships with their patients and making a positive difference in every life they touch.

Erin began her nursing career in 2008 and earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgetown in 2014. With a background in emergency care, she's gained expertise in regenerative, mental, and women's health, as well as aesthetics. Erin is passionate about preventive care and works to create personalized health plans for each patient.

a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. With an artistic approach and the latest techniques, she helps patients achieve their aesthetic goals. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys family time with her husband and four kids. Having called Midland home for over a decade, she is committed to making your aesthetic dreams a reality.

Certified Aesthetician
Certified Aesthetician with over 20 years of experience in medical aesthetics. Jamie is highly skilled in a range of treatments, including laser hair removal, microneedling, DiamondGlow facials, MOXI/BBL and XERF. Known for customizing skincare plans, Jamie is passionate about helping her patients feel confident in their skin.
